Google Ads management
Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns aligned with buying intent, your catalog and your business priorities.
A background in Google Ads strategy, business development and ecommerce operations. Chetan brings both the campaign perspective and the business owner’s perspective to growth conversations.
From August 2021 to July 2025, he worked as an Account Strategist at Google with the Ads Insider team, supporting campaign recommendations and optimization across more than 150 client accounts.
RevShare was built around a recurring problem: business owners paying for campaigns without a clear path to growth. Our approach starts with an account audit, a strategy tied to revenue, transparent reporting and continuous optimization. Co-founder Manish brings additional Google Ads campaign experience to the team.
His experience also includes running Revenuxis Media and Furnishub Decor Private Limited, an ecommerce home decor business. That connects paid media decisions with product listings, online sales and the day-to-day realities of running a business.

Before we start
Google Ads management and growth pricing FAQs.
What does RevShare Global Media do?
RevShare Global Media LLC manages Google Ads for ecommerce brands and supports Merchant Center product feeds, landing page strategy, conversion tracking, retargeting and performance reporting. Service coverage and implementation scope are agreed in your proposal.
Which Google Ads campaigns do you manage?
We manage Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. Campaign selection, product grouping and budget allocation depend on your catalog, buying intent, account history and business priorities.
Do you work with Shopify stores and high-ticket ecommerce brands?
Yes. We work with established ecommerce stores, including Shopify stores and high-ticket brands in home decor, home improvement, industrial products, home protection, automotive parts and specialist ecommerce. Fit is reviewed during the discovery call.
Is Google Ads spend included in the management fee?
No. You pay advertising spend separately. The management fee and performance add-ons follow the pricing model shown on this page.
How do you measure ecommerce advertising performance?
We review Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Shopify reporting, including purchase tracking, duplicate events, product performance and attribution. Shopify is the source of truth for billing calculations, using the sales and attribution definitions agreed before onboarding.
What if another marketing channel drives the growth?
The initial 20% milestone uses total adjusted store sales, regardless of channel. It determines when billing starts and does not mean we claim credit for every sale. Add-ons depend only on Shopify Google attributed sales growth.
How are sales calculated?
Shopify is the source of truth. We use sales after discounts, returns and refunds, excluding taxes and shipping. Deductions already included in Shopify net sales are not deducted again.
Do promotional sales count?
Sales during agreed BFCM, Halloween and Labor Day promotional dates are excluded from growth calculations. Sales outside those dates count. The dates and comparison method are agreed before onboarding.
What happens if growth drops after the first invoice?
The $1,000 monthly retainer continues. Only the performance add-on changes with qualifying Google attributed sales growth each month.
What if my store makes $25,000 a month or less?
We can prepare a custom quote based on your store, advertising budget and scope.
What is the baseline for the first invoice?
The baseline is average adjusted monthly sales from the three complete months before onboarding. The first complete month reaching 20% growth activates the $1,000 monthly retainer.
How are Google Ads add-ons calculated?
After activation, every completed 10% month-over-month increase in Shopify Google attributed adjusted sales adds $300. A 20% increase adds $600; a 5% increase adds $0. The add-on resets each month and does not accumulate. We agree on consistent attribution settings before starting.
Does ROAS determine the fee?
No. The base trigger uses adjusted total store sales. Add-ons use month-over-month growth in Shopify Google attributed adjusted sales. ROAS is not a condition of this pricing model.
Do you guarantee 20% growth within a set time?
The 20% figure is the agreed billing milestone, not a promise of a specific result or timeframe. Your store, account, budget, inventory and implementation scope are reviewed before we begin.
What should I bring to the discovery call?
Your store URL, average monthly sales, current advertising budget and the main challenge you want to solve. We will discuss fit, scope and the information needed to establish your baseline.

8×Return on ad spend
No starting ROAS figure was provided in the case study.
Ads sent shoppers to generic product pages, while Google Ads policy violations and Merchant Center inventory issues limited delivery. Conversion performance was below the brand’s potential.
What changed
Audited and restructured the Google Ads account.
Built dedicated product landing pages and improved messaging, trust signals and calls to action.
Resolved policy violations and cleaned up Merchant Center inventory.
Implemented Google Tag tracking to measure conversions.
Why this mattered
Stronger foundations made paid traffic more effective. Fixing delivery, measurement and the purchase journey came before scaling.
A store generating $50,000 per month relied almost entirely on Search campaigns. Growth had reached a ceiling, with no full-funnel strategy to reach new audiences.
What changed
Restructured the account beyond Search-only campaigns.
Launched Display and Demand Gen to reach shoppers earlier in their journey.
Introduced Performance Max as the primary growth engine.
Optimized Merchant Center and Tag Manager, then improved landing pages and the website.
Why this mattered
The existing budget worked harder with a broader acquisition strategy and a stronger store experience.

The challenge
The Shopify store generated less than $20,000 per month. Health-related advertising restrictions and medical-grade product language suppressed ad delivery, while the existing team had not identified the policy issues.
What changed
Audited the account and identified policy restrictions.
Results as reported in the RevShare Global client portfolio. Revenue and ROAS are different measures; these outcomes do not determine your management fee. Individual results vary.
